Onward Israel Theme-Based Program: Community Impact

Israel Onward theme-based programs are designed for participants eager to work and explore Israel through a topical lens. These programs are tailored to young adults with the desire to see the Jewish state from a different perspective alongside their peers.

 

The Community Impact trip offers summer participants the chance to live, learn and contribute in hands-on and meaningful ways to Israel during this critical time. You will work in different community impact settings while learning new skills and connecting to Israelis in the social sector. The Tel Aviv based program features day trips, overnights and hands-on seminars designed to bolster participants’ understanding of Israeli life and to learn about social change initiatives in the country. If you are interesting in education, public health, social work, conflict management, nonprofit work or similar topics related to community impact work- this is the program for you.
