Financial Information
The Yahel Social Change Fellowship is highly subsidized by the Lod and Rishon LeZion municipalities, Jewish federations, Jewish foundations, Masa-Israel Journey, and private funders. Read more about Masa-Israel Journey here. The actual cost to Yahel for each fellow is over $14,000 USD and we offer it to you for only $1,000 USD.

If you are not eligible for a Masa grant, you may apply for Yahel's Nicholas Cleves Scholarship.

As a Yahel Fellow, You Will Receive:

Free accommodation in fully furnished apartments

A monthly living stipend​

All fellows receive a monthly stipend of 1,000 shekels. Depending on country of origin, some fellows receiving Masa grants may receive a higher stipend.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy:

The application fee of $100 is nonrefundable for those who withdraw*

Cancellation prior to July 1, 2025: refund of paid tuition with a $500 late cancellation fee

Cancellation after July 1, 2025: no refund

*Please note that if you are not accepted to the program, this fee will be refunded. If you are accepted and choose to participate, the fee will be applied to your total program fee.
