Hand in Hand School - a bilingual school serving children from Arab and Jewish families in Haifa. Fellows serve as teaching assistants in English as a Foreign Language classes, primarily working with small groups of children.
Afternoon
Hiyot - a nonprofit org aiding the Ethiopian community in Israel – Fellows volunteer in afterschool youth centers for Ethiopian Israeli youth assisting with informal education activities.
Tuesday

Haifa Municipality – Community Development Department - Fellows will assist with both administrative and practical aspects of creating shared spaces where communities can be involved in various sustainability and gardening projects.
Evening
Group Check-In - time for reflection and peer learning as a group

Joint Learning Day (every other week) - Visions day: explore the visions Israelis from across the social and political fabric hold for the future of their country. Visions seminars are co-developed and led by staff and Fellows based on Fellows' specific interests.
City-based Supervision and Contextual Learning (every other week) - Lecture: An examination of the cultural identity of Israeli Arabs.

Haifa Municipality – Community Development Department - Fellows will assist with both administrative and practical aspects of creating shared spaces where communities can be involved in various sustainability and gardening projects.
